Welcome to Quick-E-Haul, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our main website https://quickehaul.com and all connected and affiliated sites and most importantly our instant quote form: https://insta-quote.quickehaul.com (“Site”) Also including our transportation, towing, and hauling services (“Services”).
By using our Sites or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Quick-E-Haul provides local and long-distance hauling and transportation services, including but not limited to vehicle transport, cargo hauling, and delivery logistics.
Service availability may vary by location, weather, and scheduling. All services are on a "first come, first serve" basis. If selected dates or times on Instant Quote form conflict, preference will be towards whomever requested a quote first, then by whomever approves said quote first.

All quotes generated via our online calculator, form submissions, or direct communication are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on distance, load weight, service type, and additional factors (e.g., tolls, fuel costs, access limitations).

Payments are due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, and ACH payments via or payment portal. Late or failed payments may result in service cancellation, extra fees, leans on vehicles or equipment delivered, and possible repossession/refusal to release until all payments are made in full. Some situations, especially for new & cash customers will require 50% down-payment at time of final booking, and remaining 50% due upon delivery before vehicle or equipment is unloaded from our truck / trailers.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up will not incur fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to forfeiture of 50% of their down payment. Cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to 100% forfeiture of down payment.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Quick-E-Haul is insured and takes all reasonable precautions during transport. However, we are not liable for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the vehicle or cargo
• Damage from mechanical or other failure due to conditions of trailer (if towing one of your personal trailers); RV's ; Campers; and any other equipment or vehicles that are towed directly, not on one of our trailers.
• Damage due to extreme weather and other "acts of God"
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
• Before & After pictures will be taken - before pickup and after drop-off.
• Items not disclosed at booking
• Signing of Service Agreement constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Customers must ensure accurate pickup/drop-off addresses, availability during pickup/delivery, and full disclosure of cargo type, size, and condition. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges. This can include, weight different from quote request; damage to vehicle or equipment requiring special services to load/unload; and operability of vehicle/equipment.

You agree not to misuse our Site or interfere with its operation. Any attempt to extract data, copy code, or harm the Site or any unauthorized use will result in legal action. This site, Instant Quote Calculator ("Insta-Quote"; "Quick-E Quote"), logo, slogans, and all other related material is Trademarked and sole property of Quick-E-Haul, LLC.

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Updates take effect upon posting to our Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
